MEXICO CITY.—The National Weather Serviceof the National Water Commissionissued the notice of its meteorological forecastfrom 06:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025.
For today, low pressure channels in the interior of the country, as well as in the Mexican southeast and in the Yucatan Peninsulain combination with the income of humid air Coming from the Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, they will generate isolated rains in areas of Yucatán, Campeche, Tabasco, Veracruz, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Morelos, State of Mexico, Michoacán, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Hidalgo and San Luis Potosí.

Clear to partially cloudy sky conditions are expected to occur, due to the entry of tropical maritime air, coupled with diurnal warming and the establishment of a trough over the west of the region, with the probability of drizzle with isolated showers in the east, center and northeast of Yucatan, center and south of Campeche, north, center and south of Quintana Roo. Likewise, a warm to hot environment is expected during the day and warm at night. East wind eventually changing to the northeast at 15 to 20 km/h and gusts greater than 35 km/h in coastal areas.

The state coordination of Yucatan Civil Protection (Procivy) reported that, for this Friday, November 21, a very hot environment is expected in the state of Yucatán, with a maximum temperature of 34 to 36°C in the interior of the state and 30 to 32°C in the coastal municipalities.
In his social network account “X”, formerly Twitter, Juan Antonio Palma Solísmeteorologist at the meteorology agency Meteored México, announced that he expects a hot Friday with temperatures of up to 35 °C.
Palma Solís added that, during the course of this Friday, some isolated light rains are expected due to the entry of tropical maritime air. The influence of an anticyclonic system at mid-troposphere levels will limit any attempt at storm development.

The minimum temperature in Mexico City will be 8 to 10 °C and the maximum 25 to 27 °C. For Toluca, Edo. Mex., minimum temperature of 6 to 8 °C and maximum of 22 to 24 °C is expected. Wind from the north and northeast of 15 to 25 km/h in the region, with gusts of 30 to 50 km/h in areas of the State of Mexico.

In the morning, warm atmosphere, being mild to cool with fog banks in the region’s mountains, and cold with fog banks and possible frost in the mountainous area of Veracruz. During the afternoon, warm to hot atmosphere; showers with possible electric shocks in Tamaulipas and Veracruz (Papaloapan and Olmeca regions); and isolated rains in Veracruz (Huasteca Alta, Huasteca Baja, Totonaca, Las Montañas and Capital regions) and Tabasco. Wind from the south and southeast of 20 to 30 km/h with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h in Tamaulipas; and wind of 15 to 25 km/h in the rest of the region, with gusts of 30 to 50 km/h in areas of Veracruz and Tabasco.

During the afternoon, warm to hot atmosphere; showers and possible electric shocks in Quintana Roo; and isolated rains in areas of Campeche and Yucatán. East component wind of 20 to 30 km/h with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h in Yucatán; and wind of 15 to 25 km/h in the rest of the peninsula, with gusts of 30 to 50 km/h in areas of Campeche and Quintana Roo.
