New Planet of the Apes.- Strong winds they knocked down a replica of the Statue of Liberty that is (was) in Brazil, and everything indicates that it is a sign of something.
After gusts above 90 km/h were reported in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre, in Rio Grande do Sul, the fall of the effigy was confirmed, which was recorded by multiple witnesses.

The enormous 24-meter statue had only been placed in 2020 and, as seen in the clips, the winds caused it to begin to give way from its base until it completely collapsed, as if it had lost faith in the American dream.
“There was” Statue of Liberty
The monument, which was installed inside a parking lot in the municipality of Guaíba, was completely destroyed when it hit the pavement, as it can be seen that both the head and the arm that holds the torch ended up in pieces, although fortunately no injuries were reported.
The statue was so bad that it has already begun to be removed from the site and, as if it were a modern version of the statue of Columbus, there are no plans to put it back up, making it clear that freedom, at least in that parking lot, was not as firm as it seemed.
