According to the report of the Civil Protection Coordination Mexican, around noon on Monday, December 15, a private jet Cessna Citation III model, with registration XA-PRO, crashed into a warehouse located in the neighborhood San Pedro Totoltepec. There were 10 people on board: eight passengers and two crew members.

Sheinbaum stressed that the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) will be in charge of initiating an investigation to determine the cause of the crash of the small plane that crashed near the Toluca Airport, but he advanced that one of the possible hypotheses is that the accident was caused by a failure in the private jet.
“The Prosecutor’s Office has to carry out a review. It seems that it is a technical failure of the aircraft, but until the expert report is done we cannot speculate,” he noted.
