The independent federal representative Guadalupe Araceli Mendoza Ariaswho is part of the Hat Movementwhich was led by the murdered mayor of Uruapan, Carlos Manzo.

He highlighted that the people received Carlos Manzo the strength, courage and awareness of how they wanted to be governed through security, peace, with tranquility and confidence to have a better world.
The independent representative sent a clear message to those who have the power to say goodbye to luxuries, deals and corruption.
“Little by little, say goodbye to the luxuries of power, the dealings and the corruption that clearly shines, because now it is up to us, those of the hat movement, to support that legacy, that fight with his wife Grecia Quiroz, who heads this great movement,” he warned.
He asked the mayor for support Uruapan, Michoacán, Greece Quirozand stressed that the hat is not an accessory, it is an ideal.
“Long live the best president of Mexico, Carlos Manzo! Long live the sombreriza! Long live Mexico! and we will not take a step back, not a step back and no step back, because we will continue working no matter who it is,” he exclaimed.

He also formed a group of volunteers called: The Citizen Hat Guardwith which he fought against the police and traffic corporations, which were dedicated to robbing and extorting citizens, especially at the entrances and exits of Uruapan.
